Abstract
The talk navigates the audience through a research journey that investigates the use of ontologies as the integrative framework for the construction of robot explanations, particularly within interactive settings involving humans. The talk overviewed the ongoing results of what later became my PhD thesis: Foundations of ontology-based explainable robots.
